Ideas For Adults... Helping Students Lead
See You At the Pole is a student-led event. As a youth minister or adult volunteer, you can assist student leaders in some of the following ways:
Student testimonies and your enthusiasm
will help create vision and challenge students to lead the SYATP
movement at their school. Encourage them to gather a group of
their peers to work within the planning process. This does not
mean they have to be the "up-front" person, but someone
has to take leadership. Ask, "Why not you?"
